Step 1: Consultation at the Project Site
We bring the fresh set of eyes and envision with you what the new space can look like.
Step 2: PCD (Pre-Contract Design/Development) & Fully-Disclosed Budget Breakdown
Let’s face it. You need the numbers. Without knowing how much it may cost, what’s the point of drawing the plans that you can’t or don’t want to afford? That’s why Sockeye Homes puts a price tag (range) on the discussed vision (this range is called “Baseline to Not-To-Exceed”). When this range is deemed palatable, we begin the PCD phase so you can visualize the end result of the remodel.
Step 3: Revisions and Fine-Tuning
Unless your budget is unlimited (we’ve yet to see that happen…), you will most likely Rob Peter to Pay Paul from one line item to another in the Budget Breakdown to make it financially feasible/acceptable.
Step 4: Contract and Securing a Start Date
Mutual acceptance of the Construction Contract secures a start date on the Production Schedule.
Step 5: Pre-Construction to Construction
Sockeye Homes holds your hand through the entire process of finalizing the design, selections and specifications prior to the start date. The assigned superintendent will host a Project Orientation to go over the set schedule and details. You’ll be given access to our Cloud-based Project Management System where you can view, download, approve and communicate 24/7 from your computer or cell phone.
