Step 1: Guideline Self-Assessment (GSA)

You’ll receive an email with a link to complete the Guideline Self‑Assessment (GSA) form, or you can click here to get started right away.

Takes just 5–10 minutes to complete.
Helps determine whether PEP is a good fit for your project.

Step 2: A Short 10–20 Minute Video Meeting

You’ll receive an email with a link to schedule a short video meeting.

Q&A to review your completed GSA form and clarify any items outside of PEP.

If PEP isn’t the best fit for your project, we’ll review alternative options, such as a hybrid or custom remodel.

Note: If possible, please join the call from a mobile device so you can show us your space.

Step 3: Site Visit & Design

If PEP is determined to be a good fit during the video meeting, our project team will schedule a site visit.

Verify dimensions, accessibility, and site conditions in person.

Review the Pre‑Contract Design (PCD) phase for the applicable package(s).

Step 4: Contract, Orientation & Construction

Once the design phase is complete, we’ll send the contract digitally for signature.
Confirm your start date.

Meet your project manager and superintendent onsite for project orientation.

Both programs follow a similar process. The key difference? Super PEP starts procurement early, so you can move in even faster.

Eligibility & Restrictions

To ensure quality, speed, and fairness, the following conditions apply:

Coverage Area: Limited to select areas in King and Pierce Counties.
Production Capacity: Sockeye may pause new PEP enrollments if more than 10 PEP/Super PEP projects are in active production.
Escrow Duration: Transactions must have at least 30 days between offer acceptance and escrow closing to qualify. Note: The home must be accessible to Sockeye’s design team for measurements no later than 24 days prior to escrow closing.
Package Selection: You must choose from Sockeye’s Kitchen and/or Bathroom Packages.
No Customization for Guaranteed Timelines: To maintain guaranteed start and completion timelines, package contents must remain unmodified. Customizations are allowed, but may extend project duration due to supply chain variability.
