Before:
This kitchen was far from
ideal for family
togetherness, let alone
meal preparation...
Before:
The single vanity, single
shower/tub combo and lack
of counter/storage space
posed logistical problems...
After:
With Shaker maple cabinetry, granite
counters, a full height back-splash with Italian
glass accents and Brazilian cherry flooring,
this space is now a chef's delight!
After:
The large jetted corner tub, travertine and red
tile mosaic accents and motion sensing rope
lights complete this tranquil retreat.
Before: 1970's style
angled-corners and
cracked doors...
After:
The solid cedar trellis and beautiful Mahogany
and Cedar Craftsman garage doors create a
welcoming approach to the home!
Remodels
Before: The family living in
this split-entry level home
needed to add more room
to accommodate their
expanding family...
After:
By reviewing the grade (topography of the
property), a basement addition was
determined to be feasible. The new basement
provided space for an office, 2 bedrooms and
1.5 baths. Additionally, the utility room was
relocated to a more convenient location.
Before: Cramped room with an
asbestos ceiling... the drier
performance was poor due to
faulty duct work...
After
bumping out
a wall to
create more
space,
adding
storage
cabinets,
building a
platform for
easy access
to the laundry
appliances, installing a large utility
sink/counter, fixing the drier duct work, and
adding additional lighting, this room makes
doing laundry a bearable task.
Before:
The catalyst for remodeling
was a water leak, but it
provided the perfect
opportunity to update...
After:
In addition to repairing the water leak, new
tile with deco banding, a new shower door
and plumbing fixtures gave it a much
needed facelift!
Back
Before:
This guest bathroom was
dark, cramped, dated (circa
1980), and lacked sufficient
storage space...
After:
By adding a window above the tub, creating a
separate glass-enclosed shower and installing
an oversized mirror with an integrated light
fixture, this bathroom is now a light and airy
space.
Before:
Tract home kitchen: Worn vinyl
flooring, outdated laminate
counter-tops with a stove hood
over an electric range.
After:
Total Price of $17,850: Hand-scraped Walnut
hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, new
appliances (gas stove!), new fixtures, new
hardware and the microwave/hood combo!
Before:
Typical 1960s ranch style
home with old cracking
stucco and bland color
palate.
After:
Custom milled v-groove clear cedar siding
provided depth and interest by alternating 1x2
and 1x6 boards. Sierra Pacific wood windows,
new stucco and a vibrant color palate
transformed the exterior of this home.
Before:
The wall separating the
dining / kitchen prevented the
Owners from having a open,
functional floor-plan.
After:
By removing the wall between the kitchen and
dining room a great room concept was created
the transformation.

Before:
The homeowner living in this
Seattle home wanted a space
to enjoy the beautiful, serene
backyard setting year-round.
After:
This outdoor living space addition provides the
perfect setting for the homeowner to enjoy her
garden year-round. By tying into the home’s
existing roof-line the space is a seamless
extension of the home.
Before:
The low ceiling height and
small space made this
more suitable for storage
than an outdoor living space.
After:
Doug-Fir beams and hand-built trusses, provide
the wow factor. Now she can enjoy her garden
views from a beautiful structure that blends in
with the surrounding environment.
Before:
Old energy-guzzling
Aluminum windows needed
to be replaced along with a
rotting deck.
As part of a whole house window replacement,
new vinyl windows were installed and custom
stained casing was added on the interior to
create a picture-frame around the window. A
beautiful bay-window (with built in bench)
provided the serene reading area desired.
