The 1,000 sqft addition/
remodel provides multiple
access routes to the
backyard and new 600 sq ft
covered porch. By
converting the garage  into a
rec room and adding a
grand master bedroom/bath
suite, this home got the
extra living space and
enhanced curb appeal
desired. (

This 3-story addition
included a mother-in-law
suite (complete with
separate entrance and
deck), a basement (with an
additional bedroom and
office) as well as an
expanded master suite.
Sockeye completed all the
engineering (both Geo-tech
and structural) required and
paid special attention to
erosion control during
construction on this tight
building site.

2-story home
needed a 1,200
sq foot 3-story
addition  to
accommodate
their expanding
family.
After: By adding over 200 sq
ft, Sockeye transformed the
crowded bedroom into a
master suite with ample
closet space, a full
bathroom and attractive
french doors providing easy
access to the backyard and
new patio. By adding a new
gable with over-framing to
the existing roof-line the
home's exterior looks
customized. Sockeye
provided all design, drafting
engineering and
construction.
Before: The
bedroom was
cramped and
dark, did not
allow access to
the back-yard,
lacked a master
bathroom and
storage space.
The exterior
straight gable
roof-line makes
this home look
modular.

lacked curb
appeal and living
space. The
master bedroom
was cramped
and the family
had no where to
gather. Our team
created a new
space plan that
solved both

Sockeye Homes
transformed this home into
an inviting craftsman-style
home complete with new
roof, siding and masonry. By
adding 100 sqft to the
existing home, a new entry
area was created allowing
guests to enter into a foyer
area instead of going
straight into kitchen. New
porch deck and walkway
were added as well. (

The cedar
shingle roof on
this 1960s
house was in
need of serious
repair. With the
brick exterior
cracking and the
front entry buried
behind shrubs,
the approach to
this house was
far from
desirable...

By adding 540 square feet,
including a full 2 car
garage/shop on the main
level and a complete master
